Terms of Service

1. Agreement: By hiring our mobile coffee cart, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 21 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the full invoice.

3. Set up & Take Down: We require access to the venue for set up and take down 1 hour either side of the event. We require access to 1x 13amp standard household power sockets for the duration of the event. To set up above ground level we require an elevator with a door width measuring greater than 670mm and a length greater than 1220mm. It is the client's responsibility to notify the company of any width restrictions or stairs.

4. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement at any time if the hirer fails to comply with these terms.

5. Branding: Artwork needs to be provided by the client in a vector format. Our lead time is 14 working days from artwork approval and deposit payment. Shorter lead times are available for an additional fee.

6. Staff: Baristas are entitled to a 30 minute break for events lasting 6 hours or a one hour break if the event runs for 12 hours.
