Our Coffee Ethos

The coffee roasters we work with are all guided by a common ethos, source good coffee from good people.

When we say good coffee, we mean delicious coffee with amazing sweetness, clarity and balance; a cup that everyone would love to drink over and over. As for good people, these are the coffee producers who focus on growing higher quality trees and put more attention into every stage of harvest and processing.

Our coffee roasters do an amazing job in working closely with growers, buying high quality fresh crop green coffees and roasting them to bring out the best of there intrinsic flavours; stemming from origin, cultivar and processing.

Our Dairy

Our milk comes from the guys at The Estate Dairy, a collective of young passionate individuals dedicated to producing and bottling the highest quality milk.

Guernsey cows are used to produce milk with a unique golden colour and a beautiful rich flavour. The herd is farmed sustainably on over 500 acres of idyllic Somerset pastures. The dairy produce is treated with the respect it deserves, close attention is paid to the cow’s nutrition. All the produce comes unhomogenised which preserves all the dairy’s goodness.
